Insured on the water

As a subscriber you can go on the water without any worries with new material. Problems with your gear? We will repair it in no time. In addition, as a subscriber you will receive a annual gear check. This way you always sail safely!

We have the right gear for every type of kitesurfer. Choose between all the different models, to notice AND choose your own one maturity. We also have used gear and a monthly cancelable subscription.

Our services

discover the extras

Insurance on damage
You are insured on damage. We repair the gear for an excess of €35.00 per claim. Within two weeks you'll be back on the water! Does the repair take longer? Then we will provide you with replacement gear.
Board Bag Service
On holiday with your brand new set, that is of course the dream! We will help you get started with the board bag service. Rent a board bag cheaply for your holiday. First week is upon us!
Gear Check
Prevention is better than cure, that's why we check your gear every year free of charge. for damage and wear. This way you can get back on the water safely and we know that the gear is still in order!
Try & Fly
Would you like to try out your gear first before putting together your subscription? We offer the opportunity to test demo gear. Is your kite or board not listed? Contact us.

End of subscription?

you decide

You can contact us during your subscription to take over the gear. We will make a suitable proposal! If your subscription has expired, we will make you an offer to take over the set from us two weeks before you return the gear! 

You keep the same gear, but pay a lower monthly rate for a new term. Choose again between 1 - 24 months! 

Send your set back to us and get an exclusive discount on your new set! You start a new subscription and can therefore choose a new term. 

As soon as you have returned your set to us and we scan it, your subscription will automatically end. We will of course give you a heads-up with a shipping label in time!

  6. Try & Fly, try it out first? Don't worry! Try your new kite before you subscribe!
  7. Participate in our events such as Down the Wind, Up the Coast and the Shaka Games.

Yes, you can! We make an appropriate offer based on how long the gear has been in use. You can take over your set at any time and get your favorite gear permanently. Interested? Contact us for a personalized offer!

You will receive your new set within a week! If there are delays from our supplier or carrier, we will let you know in time. If you have any questions about a placed order, please let us know! We cover shipping costs, which is part of a worry-free experience!

No problem! We will arrange for your equipment to be repaired immediately. All you have to do is send the defective item to us. You pay €35.00 fixed costs for every type of repair..

Within a week we will have your gear fixed so you can get back on the water ASAP. If it takes longer than expected, we will look for a suitable solution together. This way you never miss a session.

Certainly! We will contact you towards the end of your lease period to discuss the options! Do you want to buy before the end of your subscription? That is also possible. Please contact our customer service to discuss your personal deal.

Absolutely! We are big fans of traveling with our kite gear and understand that you want to travel the world with your kites. If you still need a board bag, we got sha! With our board bag service you will be provided with a board bag for free for the first week and then €15.00 per week after that! See you in Cape Town, Brazil or Tarifa!

Delivery is completely free! We aim to make your GoShaka experience as pleasant as possible, which does not include delivery costs. Do you want to cancel your subscription and return your gear? We will then simply create a shipping label for the return shipment. Of course also free of charge.
